1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing or using this website, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website. These terms apply to the TFCyber CV website and its pages (including the pages on NIS2 and DORA). How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.
2. Who we are
The website is operated by TFCyber CV (TFCYBERCV.COM), a cybersecurity services company: training, penetration testing, audits, compliance support and technology protection. You can contact us at info@tfcybercv.com.
3. Nature of the website
The website presents our company and our services. The information published on it does not constitute a contractual offer. The provision of any service always depends on a proposal and on a written contract or agreement that sets out the scope, timelines, price and responsibilities of each party. In case of any difference, what has been agreed in writing prevails.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website for the purpose for which it was created: to learn about TFCyber CV, read its content and contact us. By using it, you agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, the servers, or other people's accounts or data;
- carry out penetration tests, automated vulnerability scans, brute-force attacks or any other security testing against the website, or against the infrastructure that supports it, without our prior written authorization (see also the Responsible disclosure section);
- overload the website with mass requests, or impair its operation or availability;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent the website's protections, including the security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and the form's anti-spam control field;
- send spam, unsolicited advertising, malware, or illegal, offensive or misleading content through the contact form;
- impersonate another person or organization, or provide false contact details;
- automatically copy (scrape) the website's content on a large scale, or reuse it in a way that suggests it is yours or that it has our approval.
We may block access, without prior notice, for anyone who violates these rules, and we reserve the right to report any unlawful activity to the competent authorities.
5. Contact form
By submitting the form, you declare that the information you provide is true and that you have the right to contact us on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent. Submitting a request does not, in itself, create any contract or any obligation to reply within a set time, although we aim to reply promptly.
6. Informational content
The content of the website, in particular the pages on the NIS2 Directive and the DORA Regulation, is informational and general in nature. It summarizes the legislation as of the date shown on each page, and that legislation may change. It does not constitute legal advice, and applying it to a specific organization requires its own analysis. Always confirm deadlines and amounts in the official legal texts and with the competent authorities.
The threat map shows a sample of IP addresses reported to the AbuseIPDB community, updated every few hours. It does not represent all malicious traffic on the Internet. The country shown is the one where the IP address is registered, which does not necessarily match the location of the attacker. It should not be used as the sole basis for security decisions.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, design, logo, illustrations and code of the website belong to TFCyber CV or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and industrial property law. You may view the website, print or save pages for personal or internal use, and quote short excerpts with attribution to the source. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written authorization. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners.
8. Third-party links and services
The website may contain links to third-party sites and uses some external services (for example, Cloudflare Turnstile for the security check, Google Fonts for typefaces, and AbuseIPDB data for the threat map). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or their policies. Your use of those sites or services is subject to their own terms.
9. Availability and limitation of liability
We strive to keep the website available and the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or errors, or that all content is complete or current at any given time. The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFCyber CV is not liable for indirect damages or for losses resulting from use of the website, reliance on its content, or the inability to access it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Responsible vulnerability disclosure
We are a cybersecurity company and we value those who help us improve. If you find a vulnerability on this website, write to us at info@tfcybercv.com with the subject "Vulnerability" and a description detailed enough for us to reproduce it. We ask that you:
- give us a reasonable amount of time to fix the problem before disclosing it publicly;
- do not access, alter, copy or delete data that is not yours, and use only the minimum necessary to demonstrate the problem;
- do not affect the availability of the website or of other users, and do not use social engineering or physical attacks.
Anyone who acts in good faith and within these limits will not be subject to action on our part for that discovery. This section does not authorize testing of client or third-party systems.
11. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, the services or the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. Your use of the website after a change means that you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
The website is accessible in many countries and our services are aimed at organizations anywhere in the world. These terms therefore apply in accordance with the law that is applicable in each case, including, where relevant, European Union law and that of its Member States (for example, the General Data Protection Regulation and consumer protection rules) and the laws of Cabo Verde, the country where TFCyber CV is established.
- Mandatory rights. Nothing in these terms removes the rights that the mandatory law of the country where you reside or are established grants you as a user, consumer or data subject, including those provided for in European Union legislation.
- Contracted services. The governing law and competent jurisdiction for the services you contract with us are set out in the relevant proposal or contract, which prevails over these terms.
- Use of the website. For matters relating only to the use of this website, the rules for determining the competent law and court under the legislation applicable in each case apply, and consumers resident in the European Union may bring proceedings before the courts of their own country where the law so guarantees.
We will always try to resolve any dispute amicably before going to court. Write to us at info@tfcybercv.com.
