1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are used, for example, so that the website can recognize your browser during a session. Other similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, serve similar functions, and this policy refers to all of them.
2. Which cookies we use
| Name | Origin | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | This website (first-party) | Identifies your session on the server while the contact form is being submitted and enables the associated security checks. It is created only when the form is submitted. | Session (deleted when you close the browser) | Strictly necessary |
| Turnstile technical data | Cloudflare (third party) | Security check that confirms the form is being filled in by a person and not by a bot. | Set by Cloudflare | Strictly necessary (security) |
Language preference. When you choose the website language (Portuguese or English), we store that choice in your browser's local storage under the name tfcyber-lang, to remember it on your next visit. It stays on your device only, is not sent to our servers, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
We do not store cookies to identify you between visits, we do not create profiles, and we do not measure your behavior on the website.
3. Third-party services
Cloudflare Turnstile
The form's security check is provided by Cloudflare. To perform it, Cloudflare may store technical data in your browser (cookies or local storage) and process your IP address and information about your browser. The details are in Cloudflare's privacy and cookie policy.
Google Fonts
The website's typefaces are loaded from Google's servers. This service does not set tracking cookies, but your browser contacts Google to obtain the files, which involves sending your IP address. More information in Google's privacy policy.
Threat map
The map shows aggregated, public data (origin of IPs reported to the AbuseIPDB community), which is prepared on our server. Your browser does not contact AbuseIPDB and this service does not set cookies.
4. Consent
The cookies and technologies we use are strictly necessary to provide the functionality you request (sending a message securely), so they do not require your consent and we therefore do not show a cookie banner. If, in the future, we start using analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent before enabling them and will update this policy.
5. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers also let you view stored cookies and delete them one by one. If you block the necessary cookies, the contact form may stop working. In that case, you can always write to us at info@tfcybercv.com.
You can find your browser's instructions in the help pages of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari.
6. Changes
We may update this policy when we change the services the website uses. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date at the top. To find out how we process personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
